At Jacket Creator, a brand operated by Jacket Creator Ltd, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window may not be accepted.

- Jackets made using custom measurements provided by the customer
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
Custom or made-to-order items are produced specifically for the customer and therefore are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
If the requested replacement item is not available, we may offer a refund instead.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when returning items.
If the return is due to:

- A damaged shipment
- An incorrect item sent by us
Jacket Creator will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
This will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
