1) Orders
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by our Shopify payment partners; we don’t store full card numbers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
You can request changes/cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours—or once the order ships—changes aren’t guaranteed.
Do you make custom jackets?
Yes. We offer custom / made-to-measure / altered-to-spec jackets (e.g., chest/waist/shoulder/sleeve adjustments). Note: custom items are final sale for fit/measurement reasons (see Returns).
I’m worried about ordering a custom jacket without seeing it first.
We’ll confirm design details, share sizing guidance, and proceed only after you approve.
2) Payment & Pricing
Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons: incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or a bank security check. Re-enter details or contact your bank.
Are quotes for custom orders free?
Yes—discussing specs and getting a quote is free.
3) Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, worldwide. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO.
How long will delivery take?
Our timelines include processing:

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once shipped.
Does free shipping include customs, taxes, and duties?
No. Import charges are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, email info@jacketcreator.com right away. Once shipped, address changes aren’t guaranteed and reshipment costs may apply.
4) Size & Fit
I’m unsure about my size—what should I do?
Use the size chart on the product page. If unsure, email info@jacketcreator.com with chest, waist, height, and weight for quick guidance.
Do you make big and tall sizes?
Yes—we serve all body types, including big & tall, plus custom measurements.
Can you copy measurements from my favorite jacket?
Yes—please provide flat, laid-flat garment measurements (not while worn). Custom items made to your measurements are final sale for fit.
5) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer 14 days from delivery for returns/exchanges on unused, unworn standard-size items in original condition/packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. See our Returns page for details.
Can I return or exchange a custom jacket?
Custom / made-to-measure / altered-to-spec items are final sale for fit/measurement reasons. In many cases we can advise alterations—contact us to discuss options.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair (or refund per policy).
6) Product Care
How should I clean my leather jacket?
Use a quality leather conditioner and follow the care card provided. Avoid machine washing.
Can I wear a leather jacket in the rain?
Light rain is okay; avoid soaking. Let it air-dry away from heat.
How should I store my jacket?
Hang on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. Use a breathable garment bag (not plastic).
